New to Hidden Garden? Start with a consultation so we can design the perfect plan for your hair.

Booking is quick and simple. Choose your service, date, and time through our secure online booking system. If you're not sure what to schedule, select a New Guest Consultation and we will guide you.

We currently book Tuesday through Sunday with limited, intentional availability to keep every visit calm, private, and on time.

Booking & Deposits

Some services may require a deposit to reserve your time Deposits are applied toward your final total on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24-48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer your time to another guest.

Running Late

If you're running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Arrivals beyond a certain window may require adjusting or rescheduling your service,

Guests & Children

To maintain a calm, focused environment, we kindly request that only guests with scheduled appointments be present during services.

Payments & Gratuity

We accept major credit cards and other common digital payment methods. Gratuity is always appreciated but never expected.
